Works are now under-way to undertake comprehensive renovations, extension and alterations to this property south of Newbury.
Works progress on site at Wash Common. We are using a new type of cavity insulation that achieves a U-value of 0.16W/m2K in a traditional cavity wall. This is almost twice as well insulated as a similar wall insulated with normal cavity batts.
